Research on the Trait and Structure of Charismatic Teacher in Colleges and Universities

通过3个研究:魅力型教师特征的收集;魅力型教师的特质分析;魅力型教师特质结构的验证性因素分析,结果显示:魅力型教师是一个一阶5因素结构,分别为亲和力、教学能力、创新能力、思想品行、专业素养。

This research was designed to explore the trait and structure of Charismatic Teacher in Colleges and Universities. The content analysis of data from a diverse sample of 91 students engineering from Tianjin University of technology and Education shows that the trait and structure of Charismatic Teacher may include 6 characteristics, and then the Charismatic teacher Traits Inventory was developed. After causal analysis, survey received 204 valid questionnaires of 45 questions is cut into questionnaire 31 questions. The structural equation modeling of data from a sample of 198 students suggested the structure of charismatic teacher traits was a one - order plus 5 factors model. These factors are affinity, teaching ability, innovation ability, ideological and moral and professionalism.
