不同平衡时间对獭兔精液冷冻保存效果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨獭兔精液冷冻保存适宜的平衡时间,将精液稀释后分别平衡30min、60min、90min、120min后装管,并进行冷冻保存,解冻后分析精子活率、畸形率、质膜完整率和顶体完整率四个指标。结果表明,平衡60min时冻后精子活率(0.30)显著高于30 min(0.15)、90min(0.21)和120 min(0.15)(P<0.05);畸形率显著低于30min(16.16%vs26.23%)(P<0.05),但与其他各组差异不显著(P>0.05);平衡30min、60min时精子质膜完整率显著高于120min(83.05%、81.79%vs74.79%)(P<0.05),与90min差异不显著(83.05%、81.79%vs78.63%)(P>0.05);不同平衡时间组精子顶体完整率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综合分析表明,獭兔精液在冷冻时适宜的平衡时间为60min。 In order to discuss the effects of equilibrium time on cryopreservation of rex rabbits'sperm,the experiment selected normal spermatozoa of healthy male rex rabbits as samples,exploring the effects of different equilibrium time(30 min,60 min,90 min,120 min)on cryopreservation of the spermatozoa.The items measured including sperm motility rate,aberration rate,plasma membrane integrity rate,and acrosome intact rate.The results showed that the motility rate of thawed spermatozoa with equilibrium time of 60min(0.30)was significantly higher than that of 30 min(0.15),90 min(0.21) and 120 min (0.15) (P〈0.05),the aberration rate was significantly higher than that of 30 min(16.16% vs 26.23%) (P〈0.05),but had no significantly difference with other groups in the test(83.05 %,81.79 % vs74.79 %)(P〉0.05);the plasma membrane integrity rate of spermatozoa with equilibrium time of 30 min and 60 min was significantly higher than that of 120 min(P〈0.05),while had no significantly difference with the group with 90 min(83.05%,81.79% vs78.63%) (P〉0.05) ; the acrosome intact rate of all the groups were not significant to each other(P〉0.05).In conclusion,the quality of thawed rex rabbits' spermatozoa with equilibrium time of 60 min before cryopreservation was assessed to be the best among the groups.
