摘要 寄生虫耐药性直接影响动物寄生虫病的治疗效果,并对及时发现和控制动物寄生虫病产生不利影响。论文综述了寄生虫耐药性检测的体内外试验方法,分析讨论了每种方法的可信性、重复性、敏感性和适用性,为抗寄生虫药物耐药性的研究和耐药虫株的监测提供参考。 The paper reviewed in vivo and in vitro parasite drug resistant detection methods,discussed degrees of reliability,reproducibility,sensitivity and ease of interpretation of each method,which provides a reference for the studies on parasite drug resistance and the control of resistant parasites.
