From multiple levels and multiple dimensions such as the basic concept, application scope, business connotation, working charectedstics, analyzes the existing complex relationship for the same source with different branch, differentiation of interleaving, including with coverage, bifurcation of independent between information security and secrecy science and technology. And also analyzes the development trend of secrecy science and technology ,then raises the view that secrecy science and technology could provide information security for developing new technology development direction and industrial space. At last, proposes the three constraint conditions of research and development for secrecy science technology product.
