基于企业信息化背景下的财务管控模式探讨

现阶段,电子计算机数据处理技术已经在财务核算中得到了广泛应用,对于提高会计核算工作效率和工作质量发挥了重要作用。然而随着信息技术在企业中的普及,对企业的管理模式、生产方式及作业流程等也产生了巨大冲击,因此企业要想借助信息化这趟列车获得更进一步的发展,就必须对财务掌控模式进行全面创新,趋利避害。本文对信息化背景下企业财务掌控模式面临的挑战进行了探讨,并尝试探索完善财务控制的方法。

At present, the electronic computer data processing technology has been widely used in financial accounting and played an important role on proving accounting work efficiency or work quality. Along with the popularization of information technology in enterprises, however, to the enterprise management mode, mode of production and operation process, also had a huge impact, so the enterprises to use the information in the train of getting further development, it is necessary to the comprehensive innovation on the financial control mode, the disadvantages. In this paper, under the background of informatization enterprise financial control mode of the challenges facing are discussed in this paper, and attempts to explore the methods to improve the financial control.
