城市轨道交通综合监控系统权限管理与移交机制

Permission Management and Handover Mechanism of Metro ISCS

针对地铁综合监控系统中的权限管理和移交,提出了基于"数据分区"和"控制权限"的管理与移交模式,同时对于两级管理三地控制的问题提出了用户—用户类—权限,以及指挥权的权限管理与转移机制。此方案目前在上海轨道交通10号线综合监控系统中实际应用,功能稳定可靠,操作简便,效果良好,对于轨道交通类似工程具有一定的借鉴意义。

For the permission management and handover of metro ISCS, a management and handover mode based on data area＂ and control permission＂ is introduced, the two- level management and three-place control issues are drew in- to the command mechanism. This scheme has been applied on Shanghai rail transit Line 1 I） and proved to have good per- formance, therefore has some reference significance for sim- ilar engineering of urban rail transportation.
