QT离散度在活动平板负荷试验中测定的意义

摘要 目的探讨QT离散度在活动平板负荷试验中测定的意义。方法选择活动平板负荷试验检查结果呈阳性者40例,测定其运动前及运动中的QT离散度(QTd)、校正QT离散度(QTcd),并与正常组对照比较。结果阳性组与对照组患者运动前QTd、QTcd比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);阳性组患者运动前与运动中QTd、QTcd比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者运动前与运动中QTd、QTcd比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);阳性组与对照组患者运动中QTd、QTcd比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论活动平板试验阳性组运动中QTd、QTcd明显增大,预示其发生室性心律失常的危险性增高。 Objective To explore the significance of QT dispersion (QTd) measurement in the electrocardiographic exercise testing. Methods 40 patients with the QTd test results positive were selected, and its QTd and correct QT dispersion (QTcd) in pre - exercise and exercise was measured, and compared with the normal group. Results There was no significant difference between positive group and the control group before exercise QTd and QTcd ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was significant difference in cases in the positive group before exercise and exercise QTd and QTcd (P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in the control group cases before exercise and exercise QTd and QTcd (P 〉 0.05 ). There was significant difference between the positive group and the control group in the exercise QTd and QTcd (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion QTd and QTcd in electrocardiographic exercise testing positive group is significantly augmented, indicating the risk of occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias increases.
