金卡纸的生产工艺研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 金卡纸是一种应用广泛的高档包装纸,由于利润丰厚,近年来一直是人们研究的热点。如何减少用铝量、简化工艺、增强表面效果已经成为研究的主要内容。综述了印刷型、复合型、转移型及镀铝金卡纸的生产工艺路线,综合比较了各生产工艺的优缺点,对开发绿色、价廉、质优的金卡纸具有指导意义。 The gold card paper is a kind of widely used high-grade wrapping paper. It has been a research hot spot for its lucrative in recent years. The main content of research work focusd on reduction of aluminum consumption, suppleness in technique and surface gloss enhancement. The process route of the printing, transformational, complex and aluminized gold card paper and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of each technology were reviewed in this paper, which has a guiding significance for the development of green, low cost and high quality gold card paper.
