D6S274多态性与精神分裂症认知功能的关联研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨江西地区汉族人群D6S274多态性与精神分裂症认知功能的关系。方法采用PCR-毛细管凝胶电泳技术检测174例精神分裂症患者(研究组)和174名正常对照者(对照组)的D6S274多态性;采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估两组人群的认知功能,分析两组D6S274多态性及认知功能的差异。结果 D6S274位点的172 bp等位基因检出率研究组(41/348)显著高于对照组(16/348)(11.78%vs.4.6%,χ2=11.93,P<0.01);研究组中不同基因型组间,MoCA量表的各级测试得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间两两比较,D6S274的172bp患者的视空间/执行功能、看图命名、记忆及延迟记忆、注意、语言、抽象思维及定向力得分低于其他基因型(P<0.05);多元线性回归结果显示,D6S274的172bp与患者的视空间/执行功能、看图命名、记忆及延迟记忆、注意和语言方面有关。结论 D6S274基因多态性与精神分裂症患者的认知功能存在关联。 Objective To explore the association between polymorphism of D6S274 and cognitive function in Han people with schizophrenia in Jiangxi province.Methods Polymorphism of D6S274 was detected with polymerase chain reaction-capillary gel electrophoresis in 174 schizophrenic patients (study group) and 174 healthy controls (control group).Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) was used to evaluate the cognitive function in both groups.Polymorphism of D6S274 and the cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Results The frequency of the allele 172bp of D6S274 was significantly higher in study group than that in control group (11.78% vs.4.60%,x2 =11.94,P 〈0.01).There were significant differences in score of MoCA between each two subgroups with different genotype in study group.Multiple comparison showed that patients with 172 bp polymorphism had significant lower scores of visuo-apatial ability,executive function,picture naming,memory/delayed memory,attention,language,abstract thinking and orientation than patients with other polymorphisms (P 〈 0.05).Multiple liner regression revealed that 172bp polymorphism was associated with visuo-apatial ability,executive function,picture naming,memory/delayed memory,attention and language in schizophrenic patients.Conclusion The polymorphism of D6S274 microsatellite is associated with cognitive dysfunction in patients with schizophrenia.
