激励模式对复退军人精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

The effect of motivation model on the social function of veterans with schizophrenia

目的探讨激励模式对复退军人精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法采用激励模式对46例复退军人精神分裂症患者(研究组)进行为期3年的干预,对另外46例良好匹配的复退军人精神分裂症患者(对照组)进行门诊药物干预。采用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)及个人与社会表现量表(PSP)对两组患者在基线及干预后每3个月进行评定。结果与入组时比较,研究组PANSS量表、PSP量表总分及各分量表评分差异均显著降低(P<0.05);干预结束时,研究组PANSS量表、PSP量表总分及各分量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组入院率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论激励模式能够改善复退军人精神分裂症患者的社会功能。

Objective To explore the effect of motivation model on the social function of veterans with schizophrenia.Methods 46 veterans with schizophrenia （study group） were treated with 3-year motivation model and 46 well-matched veterans with schizophrenia （control group） were treated with outpatients follow up.All patients in both groups were assessed with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and Personal and Social Performance scale （PSP） at baseline and every 3 months of the intervention.Results Compared with the baseline,total scores and factor scores of PANSS and PSP in study group decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05）.At the end of the 3-year intervention,total scores and factor scores of PANSS and PSP in study group were significantly lower than those in control group （P 〈0.05）.The hospitalization rate in study group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Motivation model may improve the social function of veterans with schizophrenia.
