摘要 基于AT89S51单片机控制的数控电源,采用键盘输入数字脉冲信号经AT89S51单片机处理后,由数/模转换器DAC0832变换成模拟信号后经稳压集成电路LM324控制输出电压,每按一次键盘输出电压增加或者减少0.02V,采用数码电路更直观准确的显示输出电压的变化.该数控电源与同等功率的线性稳压电源相比,效率得到了明显提高,具有成本低,操作方便、输出电压精度高、集成度高、电压稳定度高,为精密仪器和设备的电源设计提供一种新方法和新思路. Based on AT89S51 microprocessor, NC power supply is processed by AT89S51 single chip microcomputer and the keyboard input digital pulse signal. The DAC DAC0832 converted into analog signal by the voltage stabilizing integrated circuit LM324 control the output voltage. The keyboard output voltage increase or decrease by 0.02V each time and the use of digital circuit displaying the change of output voltage more accurately. Compared with the linear regulated power supply of the NC power supply with the same power, the efficiency has been improved obviously. It has the advantages of low cost, convenient operation, high output voltage accuracy, high integration,and high voltage stability. It provides a new method and idea for the power supply design of precision instrument and equipment.
