细节对高效液相色谱法检测结果准确性的探讨

Analysis on the accuracy of test results of the HPLC taking all details into account

应用高效液相色谱仪进行检测时必须考虑样品处理过程中的细节问题.本文以注射用青霉素钾为试验样品,依据2010年版《中华人民共和国兽药典》一部标准,用两台高效液相色谱仪进行比对试验,发现两台仪器的检测结果相对偏差较大(为1.8%),通过分析排查最终发现是样品处理中的细节问题影响了结果,改进后两台高效液相色谱仪检测到的含量相对偏差在可控范围内(0.13%),结果有明显改善.

Some details must be taken into account when the high performance liquid chromatography detection is applied. Taking penicillin potassium as test sample, we take a comparison test by using of two instruments of high effective liquid chromatography according to the standard ＂code＂ 2010 edition of veterinary medicine of the PRC. And the test results are different（ the relative deviation1.8% ）. By analysis on the investigation, we found that details of sample processing affect the results. By modifying these two sets of high effective liquid chromatography, the relative deviation dropped to controllable range （ 0.13; ）and the resulfs accuracy was significantly improved.
