中国绿色投入产出表的分析——以2007年为例

An Analysis on Green Input-output Table of China(2007)

中国正处在工业化中期,工业化在促进经济增长的同时也带来了资源和环境问题,即资源耗减和环境降级。为此,党中央提出科学发展观的理念,要发展绿色经济、低碳经济。从绿色国民经济核算的角度来讲,计算绿色GDP(国内生产总值),编制绿色GDP投入产出表有着重要意义。依据中国2007年绿色GDP投入产出表,进行绿色投入产出分析,可以提出相应的结论与建议。

At present, China is in the middle stage of industrialization, which has promoted economic growth, while also brought some serious problems, such as depletion of resources and degradation of environment. Therefore, the Party Central Committee puts forward the Scientific Development Concept, and points out that China should develop green economy. From the point of view of green national accounting, calculation of green GDP and compilation of green input-output tables has important significance. This paper is based on the green input-output table of the year 2007 to make an analysis and give the corresponding conclusions and suggestions.
