摘要
本文以滨海新区为研究对象,通过AHP层次分析法和模糊数学的结合,建立区域服务外包发、接包条件"匹配度模型",选取代表性服务外包业态进行实例分析,并根据测算结果提出了滨海新区服务外包产业区域性发展的战略建议。
The essay made the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and established ＂matchdegree model＂ of regional outsourcing-serving conditions through the combination of AHP analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and fuzzy mathematics. Meanwhile representative service outsourcing business mode was selected to analyze and calculatethe the development of BinHai new area regional service outsourcing industry.
