摘要
提出一种基于开关电容原理的新型AC/AC变换器,能实现变比为1/4或4的交流电压变换。该变换器只由电容和开关管组成,不含磁性元件,具有体积小、重量轻、功率密度高等优点。阐述了新型开关电容AC/AC变换器的拓扑结构及基本工作原理,并给出了等效电路模型。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
This paper proposes a novel AC/AC converter based on the switched-capacitor principle,which can be achieved with a ratio of 1/4 or 4 AC voltage conversions.The converter is composed only of capacitors and switches, without magnetic components, with a small size,light weight and high power density advantages.The principle of oper- ation and the circuit topology of the switched capacitor AC/AC converter are described.The equivalent circuit model is given.The experimental results verify the validity of the theoretical analysis.
