摘要 研究了一种单级Boost/Buck-Boost LED驱动器,它由工作在断续模式(DCM)的Boost功率因数校正(PFC)变换器与工作在临界连续模式(CRM)的Buck-Boost DC/DC变换器级联并合并主开关管而构成,该驱动器仅用一个开关管和一个控制器即可实现高功率因数与低输出电流纹波的特性,解决了传统单级LED驱动器输出工频电流纹波过大导致的工频闪烁问题。最后,通过实验验证了研究结果的正确性与有效性。 An integrated single-stage Boost/Buck-Boost LED driver is studied.The driver is connected in series with a Boost power factor correction (PFC) converter operating in discontinuous-conduction mode (DCM) and a Buck-Boost DC/ DC converter operating in critical conduction mode (CRM) and integrates the main power switch.The converter only uses a single switch and a single controller to benefit characteristics with high power factor and low output current ripple.It also solves the problem of the line frequency flicker of the traditional single-stage LED driver resulting from the high line fre- quency ripple of output current.Finally, the proposed converter is verified by experiments.
