我院ARB-氢氯噻嗪类抗高血压复合药物的应用和分析

Application and analysis of ARB-Hydrochlorothiazide class compound antihypertensive drugs in our hospital

目的了解本院ARB-氢氯噻嗪类抗高血压复合药物的应用情况和使用成本的比较分析。方法对本院门诊药房2012～2013年所使用的ARB-氢氯噻嗪类抗高血压复合药物的使用数量、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计、分析，并与相同种类的单组份的ARB类药物进行比较。结果缬沙坦胶囊（代文）销售金额序列排名第一位，用药频度DDDs排序列前3位的是氯沙坦钾片（科素亚）、氯沙坦钾片（扬子江海蓉）、缬沙坦胶囊（代文），限定日费用DDC排序列前三位的是氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪（海捷亚）、缬沙坦胶囊（代文）、缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪（复代文）。结论ARB-氢氯噻嗪类抗高血压复合药物使用的平均日费用较大，尚不能完全取代单组份药物。

Objective To know the usage and comparative analysis of ARB-Hydrochlorothiazide class com- pound antihypertensive drugs in our hospital. Methods Making statistical analysis of use quantity, sales a- mount,frequency,average daily costs of ARB-Hydroehlorothiazide class compound antihypertensive drugs from 2012 to 2013 in our hospital, and comparing with the same type of single component ARB class drugs. Results Sales amount sequence Valsartan Capsules（Diovan） ranked first, DDDs sequence Losartan Potassium Tablets （Cozaar） ,Losartan Potassium Tablets（YangZiJiang） ,Valsartan Capsules（Diovan） in the top three, DDC se- quence Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets （ HYZAAR）, Valsartan Capsules （ Diovan ）, Valsar- tan and Hydroehlorothiazide Tablets（Co-Diovan） in the top three. Conclusion The average daily use cost of ARB-Hydrochlorothiazide class compound antihypertensive drugs is larger, still can not completely replace the one-component drugs.
