To carry on the management to the infant infusion and reduce the incidence of drug leakage ac- cording to different reasons of infant drug leakage. Assess the reasons of drug leakage in clinic infant in fusion process with the fishbone analysis and enhance nursing from operation to education. Through management, drug leakage rate dropped 22%, satisfaction of parents to the operation skills increased from 87% to 92%.
