门诊骨髓穿刺术患者的舒适护理

目的探讨对门诊骨髓穿刺术中的患者进行舒适护理的应用效果。方法将200例患者随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组进行术前、中、后的舒适护理,对照组实行常规护理。结果实验组通过舒适护理,患者在骨髓穿刺术中疼痛明显缓解,满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论在门诊骨髓穿刺术过程中开展舒适护理,减轻了患者的疼痛,减少和预防穿刺过程中的不良反应,提高了护理服务质量。

Objective To discuss the application effects of comfort care for the patient after bone marrow puncture in ctinic. Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Experimental group were accepted preoperative intra-operative and postoperative comfort care, while the control group were accepted regular basis care. Results Significantly, after comfort care, the patients in Experimental group, felt less pain and showed more satisfaction . （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The usage of comfort care in clinic for bone marrow punctured patients not only can relieve their pain, but also can reduce even prevent the side effects of the opration, what＇ s more, it still can enhance the quality of care service.
