摘要 目的探讨在耳鼻喉科本科见习教学中应用PBL教学法的教学效果。方法选择在本院实习的2008级首都医科大学定向本科生46名,随机分为两组,PBL组23人采用PBL教学法,LBL组23人采用传统教学法,通过对比理论和技能考试、综合能力评分评价教学效果。结果 PBL组理论和技能考试、综合能力评分均高于LBL组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法优于LBL教学法,在耳鼻喉科本科见习教学中取得了良好的教学效果,并且提高了学生独立分析问题、解决问题等方面的综合能力。 Objective To discuss the PBL teaching method in otorhinolaryngology undergraduate clinic practice. Methods Choose 46 students randomly and divided them into two groups,PBL group 23 students with PBL teaching method,LBL group 23 students using traditional teaching methods. Compare theory and skill examination,and the mixed ability evaluate teaching effect. Results Theory and skill examination,and the mixed ability of PBL group were better than LBL group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion PBL teaching method in otorhinolaryngology undergraduate clinic practice gained satisfactory teaching effect and improved the students' mixed ability of analysis problem and work out a solution.
