摘要
通过构建与计算江苏省基础教育优质均衡发展指标体系,本文定量描述了2002-2011年江苏省基础教育优质均衡发展的历程。计算结果表明,10年来,江苏省基础教育优质均衡发展水平显著提升,但也存在一些待改进的问题。进一步加大基础教育投入、提升师资队伍的质量、缩小优质教育资源在地区间、城乡间和学校间的配置差距,是推进江苏省基础教育优质均衡发展的关键所在。
By constructing and computing the index system of Jiangsu Provincial basic education quality-balanced development, this essay makes a quantitative description of its developmental process from 2002 to 2011. The findings reveals that there are still some issues with its development although it has made signal improvements. The key solutions are as follows: further increasing investment in basic education, enhancing the quality of teachers, narrowing the gap of fine educational resources between regions, cities and schools.
