聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效

Curative Effect of Focused Ultrasound on Chronic Cervicitis

目的探讨聚焦超声(focused ultrasound,FU)治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效,并评价其有效性、安全性及可行性。方法采用FU治疗慢性宫颈炎患者300例,比较治疗前后宫颈糜烂的改善情况并综合评价其临床疗效。结果300例患者治疗3个月后临床症状明显减轻甚至消失,无结痂及瘢痕形成。痊愈247例(82.3%),显效24例(8.0%),有效15例(5.0%),无效14例(4.7%)。轻、中度糜烂的疗效明显优于重度,单纯型和颗粒型疗效明显优于乳头型(均P<0.05)。结论 FU能安全、有效地治疗慢性宫颈炎,治疗时患者无不适,术后并发症少。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy, safety and feasibility of focused ultrasound(FU) in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods Three hundred patients with chronic cervicitis were treated with FU. Changes in cervical erosion were observed before and after treatment and clinical efficacy was comprehensively evaluated.Results After treatment,clinical symptoms reduced or disap-peared without crusting and scarring in all patients. Among the 300 patients, complete cure was achieved in 247(82.3%), marked improvement in 24(8.0%), moderate improvement in 15(5.0%),ineffective outcome in 14(4.7%).In addition, the efficacy of FU for mild to moderate erosion was significantly better than severe erosion and the efficacy of FU for granular type and simple type was significantly better than nipple type(P<0.05). Conclusion FU is safe and effective for the treatment of chronic cervicitis without discomfort and obvious complications.
