摘要 肿瘤的发生、发展与细胞的增殖过度、凋亡不足、血管生成及侵袭、迁移密切相关。基质交感分子1(STIM1)是一种新近研究发现的Ⅰ型跨膜蛋白,通过调控钙池操纵钙通道(SOCC)形成钙释放激活钙通道(Ca2+release-activated Ca2+channel,CRAC),介导钙池操作Ca2+内流(SOCE),调节细胞的增殖、凋亡、迁移等生物学行为,在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥关键的作用。但对不同类型的肿瘤细胞,STIM1的作用不完全相同,甚至可能相反。提示STIM1可能是肿瘤治疗的新靶点,但对STIM1的功能仍需要进一步的研究。 Objective The development of tumor is closely related with cell's excessive proliferation, lack of apoptosis, angiogenesis and migration. Stromal interaction molecule 1 (STIM1) is a kind of type I transmembrance protein which is found by recent studies. Through regulating storeoperated calcium channel (SOCC),it forms Ca^2+ release-activated Ca2~ channel (CRAC) and mediates store-operated calcium entry (SOCE),then regulates cell proliferation,apoptosis ,migration and other biological behavior,playing a critical role in the development of tumor. However, for different types of cancer cells ,the effects of STIM1 are not identical, even opposite.It prompts that the effects of STIM1 still need further research,which may be a new target for cancer therapy.
