摘要
为满足智能配电网对通信技术的要求、提高智能配电通信业务的服务质量,提出一种基于遗传算法的智能配电异构无线网络选择策略。构建起智能配电异构无线网络接入选择模型,综合考虑多个网络接入评价指标。利用遗传算法对适应度函数求解得到各网络选择评价指标权重,通过网络接入评价指标权重计算得到各备选网络效应值。效应函数用来评估各备选网络综合性能水平,对其进行比较做出网络接入选择。与其他异构无线网络接入选择算法相比,其综合性能具有一定的优势。该算法能够使新到达的配电通信业务更均匀地分布在各备选网络中,有效降低网络阻塞率并减小各候选网络阻塞率差距,实现智能配电通信网的负载均衡。
To satisfy the requirements of smart distribution grid (SDG) and improve the quality of service (QoS) of the communication business of SDG, a genetic algorithm based access selection strategy in heterogeneous wireless net-works for SDG is presented. A SDG heterogeneous wireless network access selection model is built and multiple network access evaluation is considered in this paper. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the fitness function to obtain the network selection evaluation index weights, and then the weights of evaluation indexes can be used to calculate the val-ue of each alternative network effects. Effector function is used to assess the overall performance of each alternative net- work and then the optimal network is accessed. Compared with other heterogeneous wireless network access selection algorithms, the overall performance of genetic algorithm based access selection is advantaged. The simulation results show that the newly accessed service can be distributed more evenly in the candidate networks using the algorithm, meanwhile, the network blocking probability and the disparity of blocking probability of different candidate networks can be reduced effectively, so that the network load is balanced.
