摘要
针对某型飞机升降舵静强度试验进行了研究。通过对试验件的支持方案、试验载荷处理、试验加载方法选择、试验加载及测量系统等方面的研究,提出了一套全尺寸飞机状态下部件静强度试验方案。试验结果表明,该试验方案科学、合理,可为整机状态下部件的静强度试验提供参考。
The static strength of the elevator of one type of aircraft is studied. Some contents are studied, such as the support of test object, the processing of load, the choice of the loading meth- od, the system of load and measurement, then, a set of test project for static strength of full scale aircraft is put forward. The test results indicate that the project is scientific and reasonable, which can be used as a reference for the static strength test of other components.
