摘要
将废旧的橡胶轮胎制成橡胶颗粒加入到沥青混合料中,可以显著提高沥青路面的柔性,进而增强路面的弹性变形能力,是铺筑防冰雪路面的良好材料。橡胶颗粒沥青混凝土铺筑的路面不仅具有除冰雪的性能,还可以消耗掉大量的废旧橡胶轮胎。本文探讨了橡胶颗粒沥青混凝土的除冰雪机理、橡胶颗粒的掺配方法及混合料的配合比设计原则,并分析了其使用性能,认为采用橡胶颗粒沥青混凝土可有效解决冬季道路积雪结冰问题。
Rubber particle asphalt concrete pavement can remove the ice and snow on the road. At the same time, it can also consume large amounts of waste rubber tires. It is especially suitable for the anti-frozen pavement because the rubber particle can increase the integral flexibility and strengthen the elastic transformation capacity of the pavement. The mechanism of how rubber particle asphalt concrete removes the ice and snow on the road is discussed in this paper, and the proportion design principle of rubber particle asphalt mixture is studied, its performance is analyzed. The study indicates that it is an effective method to use rubber particle asphalt concrete to solve the accumulated snow and frozen problem on the winter road pavement in the north area.
