摘要 以物候型不同的茶树品种为材料 ,利用 HPL C法测定新梢生育过程内源激素水平的季节变化。结果表明 ,茶树新梢生育过程中 ,GA3 和 Zeatin含量先升后降 ,IAA含量春夏秋三季生育初期较高 ,随后下降 ,生长加速 ,但夏梢逼近成熟形成对夹时含量回升 ,ABA含量春夏梢随展叶数增加而下降 ,秋梢反之 ,逐渐上升 ;低 ABA/ GA3 和 ABA/ zeatin比值是茶树新梢生长的必要条件 ;新梢生长速率与内源 By investigating the content of endogenous hormone of different tea plant varieties during the growth by HPLC,the result showed that in the growth the content of GA 3 and Zeatin increased firstly and then decreased,the content of IAA kept at high level at the beginning of three growth periodical times of Spring,Summer and Autumn,but all of them decreased aftermards,and the shoot grew faste. However when the shoot became mature,and dormant bud,the content rose up again;ABA decreased with the increasing number of developed leaves. Low ratios of ABA to GA 3 and ABA to Zeatin is the prerequisite of tea plant shoot growth,and their growth rate was Signigicantly related to the content of the endogenous Zeatin.
