摘要
邓小平在1927年年仅23岁时就任中共中央秘书长,后历任党、国家、军队的重要领导职务,第三次复出后成为改革开放的总设计师,领导中国人民进入了改革开放的崭新历史时期,是举世公认的管理大师。邓小平在管理党、国家、军队的过程中形成了丰富的管理哲学思想,而以人民利益为本犹如一根红线贯穿于邓小平管理哲学思想的始终,是邓小平管理哲学思想的精髓和核心。本文对邓小平以人民利益为本管理哲学思想的形成和发展进行了的梳理。
Deng Xiaoping held the post of Secretary of CCCPC (Central Committee of the Communist Party of China ) when he was only 23 years old in 1927. Later, he held the important post in the Communist Party of China, in our country and in the army. After he was reinstated for the third time, he became the chief architect of reforming and up-opening to the outside world and led Chinese to meet a new historical period. He was universally recognized as a great master of management. Deng Xiaoping formed abundant management philosophical ideas during his managing the Communist Party of China, our country and the army. "People's Interest Foremost" runs through his management philosophical ideology. It is the soul and core of Deng Xiaoping's management philosophical idea. This paper discusses the formation and development of Deng Xiaoping's management philosophical idea "For the People' s Interest".
