Deng Xiaoping held the post of Secretary of CCCPC （Central Committee of the Communist Party of China ） when he was only 23 years old in 1927. Later, he held the important post in the Communist Party of China, in our country and in the army. After he was reinstated for the third time, he became the chief architect of reforming and up-opening to the outside world and led Chinese to meet a new historical period. He was universally recognized as a great master of management. Deng Xiaoping formed abundant management philosophical ideas during his managing the Communist Party of China, our country and the army. ＂People＇s Interest Foremost＂ runs through his management philosophical ideology. It is the soul and core of Deng Xiaoping＇s management philosophical idea.
