Bases on AHP to the Analysis of Professional Talent Quality Structure Dimension from the Sample of Hospitality Management in Anhui Vocational and Technical College

随着高等职业教育在国民教育体系中发挥的作用越来越明显,学生在人才市场上日益受欢迎。但是,对于高职教育应该培养什么样的人才,企业需要什么的人才却变得越来越模糊,本文尝试着对抽取样本中的人才素质结构维度进行分析,分析了人才素质的部分影响因子,希望能为高等职业教育人才培养方案的制定及课程体系的构建提供有益的参考。

With the increasingly apparent influence from the higher vocational education in the national education system, college students are becoming more and more popular in the market. It can be difficult to tell what kind of talents should be cultivated by vocational education and urgently needed by enterprises as well. This article tends to analyze the talent quality dimension from the samples and tries to solve the impact factors to talent quality in order to provide the evidence for the establishment of talent training scheme and the construction of curriculum system in hi^her vocational education.
