复配表面活性剂对气体水合物生成液表面张力的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为揭示表面活性剂促进气体水合物生成的机理,研究了复配表面活性剂对气体水合物生成液表面张力的影响.在273.15~ 283.15 K内,采用铂金板法测定了氟碳表面活性剂Intechem-01(FC-01)与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)复配表面活性剂溶液的表面张力,研究了表面张力与温度、复配表面活性剂含量和复配比的关系,并分别利用线性方程、衰减指数函数式和二次多项式进行拟合.研究结果表明,FC-01的最低表面张力为16.8 mN/m,SDS的最低表面张力为34 mN/m,在低温下二者显示出良好的复配效果;复配表面活性剂溶液的表面张力随FC-01含量的增加而降低,当复配比(FC-01占表面活性剂总质量的比例)为0.6~ 0.7时,表面张力最低,达到最佳复配比;曲线拟合相关系数超过0.94,拟合效果良好. The effects of composite surfactants on the surface tension of gas hydrate formation liquid were studied to explore the mechanism of the gas hydrate formation in the presence of the surfactants. The surface tensions of the composite surfactants consisted of fluorocarbon surfactant Intechem-01 (FC-01) and sodium lauryl sulfate(SDS) in the temperature range of 273.15-283.15 K were measured by the platinum plate method. The relationship of the surface tension with temperature and the concentration and composite ratio of the composite surfactants were investigated and fitted by means of corresponding state equation, attenuation index equation and polynomial separately. It was found that the lowest surface tensions of FC-01 and SDS were 16.8 mN/m and 34 mN/m, respectively. At low temperature, the two surfactants showed good composite effect, and the surface tensions of the solutions with the composite surfactants was decreased when the FC-01 content increased and it was the lowest at the composite ratio(the FC-01 mass in the total composite surfactant mass) 0.6-0.7. The fitting effect is good and the correlation coefficient exceeds 0.94.
