摘要 介绍了国产新型铬系SLH-211催化剂首次工业化应用的情况.传统型有机铬系催化剂活性低,难以实现冷凝态生产.新型铬系SLH-211催化剂属于无机铬系催化剂,小试评价活性高、相对分子质量分布宽.SLH-211催化剂首次工业化应用过程中生产平稳,可实现钛系、铬系催化剂的在线“热切换”,催化剂活性高,非冷凝态下活性(基于单位质量催化剂的聚乙烯产量)大于等于13 000 kg/kg,冷凝态下活性大于等于6 500 kg/kg,实现了冷凝态高负荷操作.生产的高密度聚乙烯薄膜产品性能优良,拉伸断裂强度37 ~ 40 MPa,拉伸屈服强度21~ 23 MPa,产品的相对分子质量分布宽,流动性能优良,易于加工成型,工业化应用试验取得成功. The industry application of SLH-211, a new type of inorganic chromium catalysts for ethylene polymerization, was introduced. The activities of the SLH-211 catalysts were high and the product produced with them had broad relative molecular mass distribution. The catalysts can be used in condensed state with high production rate. During the industrial application, the catalytic activity(polyethylene output based on unit mass catalyst) of SLH-211 was above 13 000 kg/kg in non- condensed state and 6 500 kg/kg in condensed state, and the tensile stress and the tensile yield stress of the product were 37-40 MPa and 21-23 MPa, respectively.
