欠发达地区农村老年贫困现状分析及对策探讨——基于云南大关县六镇三乡的调查

An Analysis of Present Situation and Countermeasures of Rural Elderly Poverty in Underdeveloped Region——Based on Investigation of Three Village Six Town DaGuan County Yunnan

在老年贫困问题越来越受到国际社会关注的背景下,分析了欠发达地区农村老年贫困的现状,包括经济状况、劳动参与状况、生活满意度、健康医疗状况、精神生活状况、养老状况等,并在此基础上高度概括出欠发达地区农村老年贫困所具备的特征。最后,从经济、政策制度、法律法规等方面提出了有针对性的对策。

Under the background that the old age poverty get more and more international attention, thepaper analyzes the current situation ofrural old-age poverty in less developed areas, including economy, labor participation, life satisfaction, health status, spiritual life, pension, etc. Then highly generalizes the characteristics of the rural elderly poverty in less developed areas. Finally, countermeasureswere proposed from the aspects such aseconomy, policy, system, laws andregulations.
