女性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征研究现状与展望

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征是一种常见的、具有潜在危险的疾病,为高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等多种疾病的独立危险因子,严重危害患者身心健康、生活质量、工作效率甚至生命安全,还带来沉重的社会经济负担。既往的研究多以男性患者为研究对象,对女性患者的研究相对较少。本文就近年来女性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征研究的主要进展进行述评,供临床与基础研究参考。

Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） is one of common diseases which has high prevalence in adult population,and is strongly related to hypertention and diabete.There are significant differences between the male and female patients with OSAHS in prevalence,age,symptoms and severity of the disease.More information about the male patients was reached in the past studies,but fewer was known about the female.We reviewed the papers published in the recent years for the purpose of future study.
