不同方法固定牙隐裂的临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of different methods of fixation of cracked teeth

目的 探讨采取不同方法固定牙隐裂的临床治疗效果.方法 对我院2011年9月～2012年9月口腔门诊收治的68例牙隐裂患者,按照数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,观察组使用一次性根管治疗后再给予全冠修复,对照组使用常规修复治疗,治疗后1个月复诊,观察对比两组治疗效果.结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.1％（32/34例）,患牙的治疗总有效率为94.4％（34/36例）;对照组患者治疗总有效率为76.5％（26/34例）,患牙的治疗总有效率为76.5％（26/34例）,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在固定牙出现隐裂时及时给予正确的治疗能够有效的保存患牙,同时能够有效地恢复患牙的咀嚼功能,减少患者痛苦,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of different methods of the fixing of cracked teeth.Methods 68 cases of oral cleft patients were divided into the observation group （34 cases） and control group （34 cases）.The observation group was treated with disposable root canal treatment and then with the entire crown repair.The control group was treated with the conventional treatment.1 month after treatment,the effect was observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.1％ （32/34） and the total effective rate of the teeth of the treatment group was 94.4％ （34/36）.The total effective rate of the control group was 76.5％ （26/34）.the total effective rate of the teeth of the control group was 76.5％ （26/34）.The differences between two groups were significant （P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The proper treatment of the fixed cracked teeth can effectively preserve teeth,and effectively restore the teeth chewing function,reduce the suffering of patients.
