摘要
目的 探讨心肌致密化不全（NVM）的临床特点.方法 对2008年10月～2012年5月在我院进行冠状动脉造影及左心室造影前被误诊为冠心痛的5例NVM患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 误诊为冠心病的NVM患者共5例.2例患者冠状动脉造影结果阴性;1例患者冠脉可见散在斑块;1例患者第一对角支中段节段性狭窄60％;1例长期吸烟患者可见弥漫性斑块,狭窄40％左右.结论 心脏彩超是介入术前不可忽略的常规检查;心电图明显ST-T改变,冠状动脉未见明显狭窄性改变的患者应进行左心室造影除外NVM.
Objective To describe the clinical characteristics of non-compaction of ventricular myocardium（NVM） retrospectively.Methods The NVM cases with coronary angiography and left ventricular angiography in were analyzed in this retrospective study.Results Five cases were misdiagnosed with coronary artery disease.Those including two cases with coronary artery angiography negatively,one with few plaque,one with 60％ segmental occlusion at middle of the first diagonal branch and one long-term smoker with diffusing plaque and 40％ occlusion.Conclusion Echocardiography as a routine examination before intervention may not be neglected.NVM should be excluded by left ventrieular angiography for those whom with no change in ECG and negative coronary artery angiography.
