内科病区实施高危药品管理的方法与效果评价

The method and effect evaluation of implementation of high-risk administration in endocrine ward

目的规范内科病区高危药品的管理方法,提高护理人员用药、取药的准确率,确保病人用药安全。方法成立高危药品管理小组,制定管理制度及高危药品目录,加强相关知识培训,规范高危药品放置、使用、检查及交接班制度。结果规范高危药品管理,使高危药品的管理质量较管理前明显提高(P<0.01)。结论规范高危药品管理,能提高护理人员对高危药品的风险管理意识,确保临床用药安全,有效避免差错事故发生。

Objective To regulate internal medicine high-risk drug management methods,improve the accuracy in medicine and ensure patient safety.Methods The high-risk drug management team was set up while establish management system and high-risk drug directory.The related people were trained with specificate the placement,useage,inspection and success of high-risk medicines by training.Results The drug quality management was improved by the specification of high-risk drugs （P＜0.01）.Management of high-risk drug quality significantly improved by standardization management.Conclusion High-risk drug management can improve nursing staff consciousness of high-risk drug management and clinical drug safety risk to avoid the accident.
