摘要
目的探讨预见性护理在CT引导下经皮穿刺抽吸硬化治疗肾盂旁囊肿的护理方法和意义。方法分析7例患者在CT引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗肾盂旁囊肿手术方法和预见性护理的临床资料。术前对患者进行预见性心理干预,术中每个步骤和术后高危因素进行预见性护理,预防并发症发生。结果 7例均完成穿刺硬化治疗,治愈率100%,无严重并发症发生。结论 CT引导下经皮穿刺硬化治疗肾盂旁囊肿疗效显著,可作为肾盂旁囊肿治疗的首选方法。预见性护理是该手术不可缺少的重要护理措施之一。
Objective To investigate the method and significance of predictive nursing care in CT guided percutaneous needle puncture aspiration and sclerosing treatment of parapelvic cyst.Methods 7 cases of CT guided percutaneous puncture aspiration and sclerosing treatment of parapelvic cyst operation method and nursing care of clinical data were analyzed.Preoperative psychological intervention,high-risk factors of each step and the intraoperative and postoperative were foreseeable nursing,prevention of complications.Results 7 patients were able to complete the puncture sclerosing treatment.The cure rate was 100％,without serious complications.Conclusion CT guided percutaneous puncture aspiration and sclerosing treatment of renal cyst curative effect,can be used as the preferred method of treatment of parapelvic cyst.Nursing care is one of the important nursing measures the operation indispensable.
