Slit3/Robo4信号通道对血管新生作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 Slit蛋白是一种在进化上高度保守的分泌型糖蛋白,其通过与跨膜蛋白受体Robo结合调节神经元前体细胞定向迁移、神经轴突的定向生长和促进轴突发芽。Slit/Robo信号通道还对肿瘤转移、血管生成、心脏形态发生等多种生命活动具有调节作用。Robo4特异性表达于血管内皮细胞,这意味着Robo4在血管新生中起着重要作用。但近来发现Slit3是新的血管新生活性因子,可与其配体Robo4结合促进血管内皮细胞的增殖迁移,本文就Slit3/Robo4信号通道对血管新生的作用进行综述。 Slit protein is an evolutionarily highly conserved secreted glycoprotein and combines with the transmembrahe receptor Robo protein to guide axon pathfinding,to promote axon branching and to control neuronal migration.Slit/Robo signal has a regulatory role in tumor metastasis,angiogenesis,cardiac morphogenesis and other life activities.Robo4 express specifically in vascular endothelial cells and may mean plays an important role in angiogenesis,Repulsive aron guidance molecule Slit3 is a novel angiogenic factor in recent study and combine with its ligand Robo4 to promote the proliferation and migration of vascular endothelial cells.The purpose of this article is to summarize the influence of Slit3/Robo4 signal pathway in angiogenesis.
