摘要
中职旅游管理专业存在着人才培养与市场需求错位这一突出问题。造成这一情况的原因是多方面的,而课程设置不合理是根本原因。科学合理地调整和优化课程设置,才能实现中职旅游管理专业人才培养目标。
As an emerging major, tourism management at secondary vocational schools came into being because of our country's social and economical development and tile tourism industry appearance, which has cultivated a huge number of tourist talents for this burgeoning industry. However, that major has suffered an obvious problem: the gap between its cultivation process and market needs, triggered by various factors among which unsound curriculum design is the fundamental one. Therefore, an in-depth analysis into that problem can be conducive to the realization of tourist talent cultivation at secondary vocational schools.
