摘要
当前的中职信息技术教育领域,"高分低能"现象已经成为教育实践者的共识,造成这种现象的深层次原因可能在于现有标准问题。结合国内外各相关标准,采用"任务归纳法"可初步开发出《中职学生通用息技术应用能力标准》。该《标准》在内容上基于对当前实践和未来需求的关照,在描述上采用了"以完整的思维及行动过程为主线+每个工作过程的质量要求+[指定的方式或方法]",达到了最大限度地将"信息技术应用能力"中的"策略性、方法性、规划性"等与隐性的"素养性要求"有机融合的目的,可测性强。
These days in information technology education at secondary vocational schools, the phenomenon that "students with high scores in tests are yet of poor application abilities" has been well acknowledged by educational practitioners, whose underlying reasons may lie in the current standard. Integrated with the analyses of various standards at home and abroad, we propose design ideas and preliminary exploration for General Information Technology Application Ability Standard for Secondary- Vocational Students, adopting task induction method. With the standard's content based on current practices and future needs along with its descriptions employing the formula "taking the complete thought and the action process as the principle + quality requirements for each working process + [specified modes or methods]. Such a standard features strong measurpbility by achieving the integration of strategy, method and project demands of information technology application abilities with students" implicit accomplishment requirements.
