构建新时期共产党员经常性教育机制的思考

An Idea of the Regular Education System for Members of CPC in the New Period

建立开展共产党员经常性教育机制是党中央明确提出的任务和要求,是制度保障功能在党的建设上的必然反映,是党的经常建设与集中建设有机结合的集中体现,是践行"三个代表"重要思想和科学发展观的客观要求。建立新时期开展共产党员经常性教育机制,就是要建立健全党员长期受教育的学习和意识强化机制,建立健全纯洁党员队伍的管理监督机制,建立健全党员密切联系群众的服务机制,建立健全加强和改进基层党组织建设的工作机制,建立健全抓好新时期党建工作的责任机制,健全能力增强和发挥作用的机制。

The regular education system for the members of CPC is the task and requirement from the Party Central Committee, a necessary reflection of system security function, an embodiment of the combination of regular education and periodical education and objective requirement of the practice of the ＂Three Representatives＂ and the ＂Scientific Development Concept＂. The system is the one to make the members learn long time, the one to supervise, the one to make the members contact the people, the one to improve the party organization at grass roots, the one to develop the party and the to enable the members.
