2011-2012年广西龙州县中小学生营养状况监测分析

目的了解龙州县贫困山区中小学生营养状况,探讨其影响因素,为合理的膳食营养指导提供科学依据。方法对龙州县15所小学和5所初中2011-2012学年18 612名中小学生的健康检测结果进行分析,采用《1995年全国学生7～22岁身高标准体重值》进行评价。结果全县2012年中小学生营养不良总检出率为10.93%(2 034/18 612),中小学生营养不良检出率高于2000年全国学生调查平均水平;营养不良率女生高于男生(x2=70.21,P<0.005)、中学生高于小学生(x2=116.47,P<0.005)、城区学生高于农村学生(x2=36.17,P<0.005);营养过剩(超重+肥胖)检出率较低,营养过剩(超重+肥胖)率女生高于男生(x2=8.43,P<0.05)、小学生高于中学生(x2=9.78,P<0.005)、城区学生高于农村学生(x2=116.75,P<0.005)。结论龙州县中小学生营养不良问题突出,应尽快采取综合干预措施,加强合理的营养膳食指导。

Objective To understand the nutritional status of primary and middle school students in remote rural areas, to explore its influencing factors, and provide scientific basis for reasonable dietary guidance. Method Results the health detection of 15 primary school in Longzhou county and 5 junior high schools in 2011 - 2012 year 18612 students method of analysis, the ＂1995 National Student 7 - 22 years old, height standard weight value＂ evaluation. Results In 2012 the county primary and secondary students malnutrition, the total positive rate was 10.93% （2 034/18 612）,the malnutrition rate higher than the national average level of students, the malnutrition rate in boys than girls x2=70.21, P〈0.005）, middle school students higher than primary school students （x2=116.47, P〈0.005）, urban students than rural students （x2=36.17, P〈0.005）; excess nutrients （overweight and obesity） detection rate is low, excess nutrients （overweight and obesity） rate in boys than girls （x2=8.43, P〈 0.05）, primary school students is higher than middle school students （x2=9.78, P〈0.005）, urban students than rural students （x2=116.75, P〈0.005）. Conclusion Primary and middle school students in Longzhou County malnutrition problems, should as soon as possible to take comprehensive measures, strengthen the rational nutrition dietary guidance.
