开封市县(区)级疾控中心检测资源现状分析

Analysis on resource status of lab examination in county in Kaifeng centers for disease control and prevention

目的了解开封市县区级疾控中心实验室资源配置现状与检验能力水平。方法 2012年,采用普查法对开封市所辖9个县区级疾控中心从检测资质、人员、实验用房、仪器设备、检验检测能力等方面进行调查。结果县区级疾控中心实验室完成常规工作所需仪器设备配置数量拥有率为70.50%,检验项目的开展率为47.70%。结论县区级疾控中心检验人员、实验室设备配置及检验能力总体水平偏低,不能满足国家标准要求,需要亟待改进和加强。

Objective To understand the laboratory resourees alloeation status and capacity level in eounty CDC in Kaifeng. Methods In 2012, questionnaire was carried out with items as qualifications of test, human resources, laboratory area, instrumentation allocation and test capacity among 9 county CDC. Results According to the essential equipping standards, possession rates of instrumentation in county CDC were 70.50 %. The rates of test items that earried out were 47.70 %. Conclusion General level of human resourees, equipments allocation and test capacity is lower and unbalanced development among eounty CDC in Kaifeng, which could not meet the referent standard issued from Ministry of Health, many things need to do in the laboratory eonstruetion.
