曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭大鼠心肌纤维化的影响 被引量:1

EFFECTS OF TRIMETAZIDINE ON MYOCARDIAL FIBROSIS IN RATS WITH CHRONIC HEART FAILURE

摘要 目的:观察曲美他嗪对慢性心力衰竭大鼠心肌纤维化的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为假手术组、心衰模型组、曲美他嗪组,利用肾上腹主动脉缩窄法建立慢性心力衰竭大鼠。观察各组大鼠左心室质量指数(LVMI),HE和Massion染色观察左心室心肌形态结构的变化。结果:曲美他嗪可明显降低心力衰竭模型大鼠左心室质量指数(LVMI)、心肌胶原容积分数(CVF)和改善心肌组织的形态结构。结论:曲美他嗪能显著改善慢性心力衰竭大鼠的心肌纤维化。 Objeetive: To explore the effects of Tfimetazidine on myocardial fibrosis inmts with chronic heart failure. Methods:Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, heart failure model group and Trimetazidine group. The chronic heart failure rats' model was established by partially ligafing abdominal aorta above renal artery. The left ventricular mass indexes (LVM1) of rats in each group was measured; HE stain and Massion stain were used to observe the morphology of left ventricle myocardium. Results:Trimetazidine could obviously decrease LVMI, myocardial collagen volume fraction (CVF) of heart failure model rats; also can obviously improve the slructure of left ventricle myocardium of model rats.Conclusions: Trimetazidine can obviously improve myocardial fibrosis of rats with chronic heart failure.
