颈复康颗粒中羌活、秦艽的鉴别研究

STUDY ON THE IDENTIFICATION OF RHIZOMA SEU RADIX NOTOPTERYGII AND RADIX GENTIANAE MACROPHYLLAE IN JINGFUKANG GRANULE

目的:建立颈复康颗粒中羌活、秦艽的鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对颈复康颗粒方中羌活、秦艽所含紫花前胡苷、龙胆苦苷进行定性鉴别。结果:斑点清晰,分离度理想,各斑点Rf值适中。结论:本研究中用于鉴别颈复康颗粒中羌活和秦艽的方法操作简便、准确,具有较好的实用性。

Objective：To identify Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii and Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae in Jingfukang granule. Methods：Thin layer chromatography was used to identify nodakenin of Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii and gentiopicroside of Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae in Jingfulong granule.Results：Thin layer chromatography results showed that the spots were fairly clear, the separation and Rf value were satisfactory.Condusious：The method in this study that identify Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii and Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae in Jingfukang granule is simple and accurate, and has better practicality.
