摘要
目的:探讨临床路径健康教育模式在子宫肌瘤患者管理中的应用效果。方法:59例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组29例子宫肌瘤患者给与常规健康教育,实验组30例子宫肌瘤患者给与临床路径健康教育模式,比较两组患者健康教育知识问卷和护理工作满意度得分。结果:实验组患者的健康教育知识问卷得分和护理工作满意度得分均明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:临床路径健康教育模式可提高子宫肌瘤患者健康知识知晓率和住院满意度,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effects of clinical pathway health education in patients with hysteromyoma. Methods: 59 patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided into 2 groups: the patients in conlrol group (n =29) were given routine health education, the patients in experimental group (n=30) were given clinical pathway of health education. The score of health education knowledge and satisfaction to nursing of patients in 2 groups were compared. Results:The score of health education knowledge and satisfaction to nursing of patients in experimental grup were obviously higher than that of patients in control group (P〈 0.01 ).Conclusions:Clinical health education can improve the knowledge about health and inpatient satisfaction of patients with hysteromyoma, so it is worthy of promotion.
