With the innovation service platform as the center of automobile industry, according to the classification of the automotive industry chain with the status quo, this study suggests a transverse automotive industry chain, which, making use of the role of a link, promotes the rational use of resources and strengthen the communication of information between enterprises, personnel and technical exchanges, establishes collaborative and efficient management system, and reduces the product cost and the competitiveness of their products.
