以职业核心能力为切入点 推进我市高职教育发展

On the Promotion of Higher Vocational Education Development in Zhangjiakou with the Occupational Ability Training as the Breakthrough Point

随着现代知识经济社会的发展,高职院校越来越重视学生职业核心能力的培养和实践。职业核心能力培养,已成为我国职业教育发展的必然趋势,然而,我市高职学生的职业核心能力现状不容乐观,存在诸多问题,诸如:沟通与合作能力欠缺;自主学习和适应能力较弱;分析问题、解决问题能力及创新能力不强等。因此,要积极探讨培养高职学生职业核心能力的有效途径,以推动我市高职教育发展,从而适应知识经济对人才的需要。

With the development of a society of knowledge economy, vocational colleges attach more and more importance to their students＇ core occupational ability, which has become the trend of vocational education development. However, there are still problems with the present situation of vocational students＇ occupational ability, like, inability to communicate ; weakness in their autonomous learning. Therefore, it is necessary to explore an efficient way to the training of the vocational students＇ occupational ability, for the promotion of higher vocational education development.
