当代大学生校园犯罪问题研究——由复旦大学学生投毒案引发的思考

Researches into Contemporary College Students' Campus Crimes———Reflections on the Case of Peer Poisoning in Fudan University

近几年,网络上持续不断地曝光有关大学生校园犯罪所引发的悲剧,这种情况在近期从出现的频率和事件的恶劣程度上讲愈演愈烈。接连不断的悲剧促使我们不得不重新审视大学生的心理健康问题,探究到底是什么原因造成悲剧一次又一次的发生。对新时期大学生的心理特点进行分析,并在分析校园犯罪原因的基础上,探讨有效预防和减少大学生校园犯罪的实施路径。

In recent years, the network has continuously exposed some tragedies caused by college students＇ campus crimes, and the frequency of the occurrences and the adverse effects of these events are deepening. These tragedies prompted us to re - exam college student＇ s mental health problems, and to explore the causes of the tragedies which happen one after another. This paper analyzes college students＇ psychology in the new era, and based on the analysis of the causes of crime on campus, explores implementation paths to effectively prevent and reduce the university campus crimes.
