贫困大学生心理健康教育问题简论

On the Problems of the Impoverished College Students' Psychological Health Education

贫困生是我国高校大学生中普遍存在的一个特殊群体,他们因为家庭贫困,面临的经济、学习、人际交往、外部环境、就业等方面的远远压力大于普通大学生,极度容易造成他们心理不平衡,导致心理扭曲朝着不健康的方向发展,严重者甚至发生犯罪行为,直接影响到高校的稳定和人才的培养,甚至给高校和社会带来极大危害,因此对贫困大学生进行心理健康教育显得尤为重要。从贫困大学生不良心理状况表现和形成原因为切入点,详细阐述了对贫困大学生进行心理健康教育的方法和对策,着重介绍了心理资本教育的新方法,希望能够更加强化和完善对贫困大学生的心理健康教育。

Impoverished college students are a special group in every university. Because of the poor families, they are faced with more pressures in terms of economic situation, learning, interpersonal communication, and employment, which may cause psychological imbalance, lead to their unhealthy psychology, and even worse, make them commit crimes, directly affecting the stability of college and personnel training. Therefore, the mental health education of impov- erished college students seems particularly important. This article begins with analysis of the performance of these students unhealthy psychological conditions and its formative factors, elaborates the countermeasures and emphasizes the new methods of psychological capital education with the aim to further strengthen and improve the mental state health education of impoverished college students.
